Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 1 November 2024, 7 November 2024, 20 March 2025, 5 May 2025 and 28 May 2025 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 10 June 2025, approved the transfer of Unique Fire’s entire issued share capital and warrants from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the “Industrial Products & Services” sector.

The Transfer will take effect immediately two (2) market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
