Reference is made to the Company’s Announcements pertaining to the Acceptance of Letter of Award from Permaju Property Sdn. Bhd. (fka Hardie Development Sdn. Bhd.) (PPSB). 

The Board of Directors of Vizione wishes to inform that both Parties had on 11 June 2025 agreed to mutually terminate the LOA with immediate effect. 

The Company would like to inform that PPSB wishes to re-submit the project development plans to the authorities. In light of these uncertainties, the Board conducted a thorough reassessment of the project’s commercial viability. Both parties agreed that the LOA be terminated on a mutual and amicable basis.

No work related to the LOA was commenced and the Company did not incur any material cost related to the LOA since its acceptance on 7 December 2023.

The termination of the LOA will not have any material effect on the consolidated earnings per share and net assets per share of the Company in the immediate future.
