The Board of Directors of Magni is pleased to declare a single tier 4th interim dividend of 3.0 Sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2025 (2024: 3.3 Sen).
The rate of the declared interim for the current Q4-FYR 2025 is lower by 0.3 Sen per share compared to Q4-FYR 2024 mainly due to lower profit attributable to shareholders of the Company for Q4-FYR 2025.
