The Board of Directors wishes to announce that following the filing of the notices of withdrawal in Appeal 1873 and Appeal 1874, the Court of Appeal has struck out both Appeal 1873 and Appeal 1874.

As regards Suit 33, the Shah Alam High Court had recorded the notice of discontinuance filed on 24 June 2025 and vacated the trial dates fixed on 1 to 3 July 2025.
