Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 26 March 2025 in relation to the resignation of auditors.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Messrs. SBY Partners PLT on 1 July 2025, having consented to act as the auditors of the Company for the financial period ending 30 June 2025, has been appointed as auditors of the Company on 1 July 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
