The Board of Directors of GPP ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Board has, on 30 June 2025, approved the appointment of Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT as the new external auditors of GPP and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 June 2025, following the resignation of the previous auditors.

The appointment of Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT ("Salihin") was made pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of the former auditors.

Salihin has consented to act as the external auditors of GPP and its subsidiaries, and the appointment is effective from 30 June 2025.

The appointment was made after careful consideration by the Board, taking into account Salihin’s experience, professional independence, and suitability to serve as the external auditors of GPP and its group of companies.
