Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 9 April 2025, 11 April 2025, 17 June 2025 and 4 July 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions.

On behalf of the Board, Interpac wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent as set out in the SPAs have been fulfilled and hence, the SPAs have become unconditional today.
