Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the circular to shareholders dated 12 March 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Court had on 18 June 2025 granted an order confirming the Share Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act. The sealed copy of the order of the Court was extracted on 8 July 2025 and will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect.

The effective date of the Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
