On behalf of the Board of Directors of IQ Group Holdings Berhad ("IQGHB"), we wish to announce that the Directors propose to seek shareholders' approval by way of an ordinary resolution on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting of IQGHB.

The Share Buy-Back Statement will be incorporated in the Annual Report and despatched to the shareholders in due course.
