We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of EKOVEST by way of market making. The EKOVEST-C73 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The EKOVEST-C73 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The EKOVEST-C73 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under EKOVEST-C73 are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. A summary of the principal terms of EKOVEST-C73 is set out in the attachment.
