PARKWD - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO 550,341,768 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN PARKWOOD ("PARKWOOD SHARES") ("RIGHTS SHARES") AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.09 PER RIGHTS SHARE TOGETHER WITH UP TO 68,792,721 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF TWO (2) RIGHTS SHARES FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING PARKWOOD SHARE HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF PARKWOOD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 28 JULY 2025 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") AND ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY EIGHT (8) RIGHTS SHARES SUBSCRIBED ("RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex-Rights Issue” as from: 25 Jul 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 28 Jul 2025
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-       
          a) Selling Broker to deduct 2/3, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
          b) Buying Broker to deduct 10%, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
          c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of 2/3, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks :

The abridged prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and the rights subscription form for the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of the Company who have a registered address in Malaysia and whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company at the Entitlement Date ("Entitled Shareholders") at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.

Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date. The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated, distributed in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants and the Documents comply with the law of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.
