We refer to the previous announcement dated 16 April 2025 and the circular to shareholders dated 26 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the conditions precedent in the CSPA have been fulfilled and hence become unconditional. Both the Sellers and the Buyers have signed the Deed of Acquisition and mutually agreed that the completion is effective on 14 July 2025.
The Disposal Consideration following the completion adjustments of IDR550.36 billion or approximately RM148.41 million was settled by the Buyers on 14 July 2025. Accordingly, PT SKMA and PT SBS ceased to be indirect subsidiaries of GLB.
