Further to the announcement dated 3 June 2025, the Liquidator wishes to update the shareholders that the Final Meeting of Members was duly held on 11 July 2025 at 10.00 am pursuant to two advertisements, both dated 10.06.2025 and the notice of meeting issued to each and every shareholder.

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, a minimum of two members present in person or by proxy constitutes a quorum. A total of seven (7) members attended the Meeting and, accordingly, the requisite quorum was met. The Liquidator declared that the Meeting was duly convened.

The final meeting documents will be submitted to the Companies Commission of Malaysia within seven (7) days from the date of the Meeting. The Company will be dissolved three (3) months from the date of submission of these documents.

Upon dissolution of the Company, the Liquidator will proceed to dispose of the Company’s books, accounts, and other records in accordance with Section 518(3)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

Following the submission to the Companies Commission of Malaysia, the Company will be delisted from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
