The Board of Directors of LTKM wishes to announce that the Company does not comply with Para 8.02(1) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities in relation to public spread requirement whereby at least 25% of the Company’s total listed shares are in the hands of public shareholders. As of the latest Record of Depositors dated 14 July 2025, the Company’s public shareholdings spread stands at 18.66%.

In light of the above, the Company will seek approval from Bursa Securities for time to comply with the public shareholdings spread requirement.

To date, the Company has not yet formulated a rectification plan to address the shortfall in the minimum public shareholdings spread requirement.
