Remarks : 
Amendments made to Note B6 as follows:-

Individual Quarter under Current Year Quarter 31 March 2024

The deferred tax for the current financial quarter is amended from RM20,000 to (RM719,000) and the under/(over)provision in previous financial year is amended from (RM485,000) to RM254,000.

Cumulative Quarters under Current Year To Date 31 March 2024

The deferred tax for the current financial year is amended from RM599,000 to (RM879,000) and the under/(over)provision in previous financial year is amended from (RM1,090,000) to RM388,000.

In the fourth quarter of the current financial year ended 31 March 2024, a fourth interim single-tier tax exempt dividend of 1.30 sen per share was declared on 30 May 2024, the Entitlement Date is 18 June 2024 and payable on 2 July 2024. This dividend has not been reflected in the financial statements for the financial year under review but it will be accounted for in shareholders' equity as an appropriation of retained profits for the next quarter ending 30 June 2024.
