Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 13 August 2025 in relation to the resignation of Messrs Moore Stephens Associates PLT as the external auditors of the Company. 

The Board of Directors of XOX Bhd ("XOX" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Messrs PKF PLT, having consented to act, has been appointed as the new external auditors of the Company with effect from 22 August 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
