We refer to the Company's announcement dated 12 November 2025 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of MEH wishes to announce that the Proposals are completed in accordance with the terms of the respective SSA and SHA following the full payment of the Subscription Price by MEH and issuance of 2,028,300 ordinary shares in KLSTK to MEH on 15 December 2025.
