On behalf of the Board of Directors of MAEH, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Special Issue Shares at RM0.26 per Special Issue Share to be issued pursuant to the Special Bumi Issue.
The issue price of RM0.26 per Special Issue Share was determined based on the five (5)-day weighted average market price of MAEH Shares from 12 December 2025 to 18 December 2025, of RM0.2568, rounded to RM0.26 per Share. The closing price of MAEH Shares on 18 December 2025 was RM0.27 per Share.
