Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 October 2025 and 7 January 2026 in relation to the MOU signed between BRSB and PASSB ("Announcement").

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to provide the following updates:-

• Following the joint brainstorming sessions held in October and November 2025, both PASSB and BRSB have continued to engage in a series of ongoing working-level discussions and remain actively committed to advancing the initiative.

   

• These discussions have primarily centred on refining the proposed commercial strategy for both the aviation and rail segments, including the preliminary positioning of In-Flight Entertainment ("IFE") solutions for aviation and Passenger Information Entertainment System ("PIES") solutions for the rail industry. Deliberations have also covered potential market entry approaches, value proposition alignment, and early-stage commercial considerations.

   

• Both parties will continue to progress discussions towards formalising the commercial framework, while also benchmarking product development costs and assessing viable partnership and revenue models for prospective customers.
