We refer to the announcements dated 28 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 30 April 2026. On behalf of the Company, TA Securities wishes to announce that a revised application has been submitted to Bursa Securities to seek its approval solely for the deferment of the Suspension until the ex-date for the entitlement under the Proposed Distribution ("Revised Application"). For clarity, the Revised Application does not include request for the extension of time from 30 June 2026 to 30 November 2026 for PEB to undertake and complete the Proposals ("Extension of Time"). For the avoidance of doubt, pursuant to the EOT Approval, it was stated that, amongst others, in the event the Company had decided not to proceed with the Proposed Regularisation Plan, the Company is required to complete the implementation of the Proposed Distribution within 6 months from the date of announcement of the Proposed Distribution. As such, the Company has up to 27 October 2026 to complete the Proposed Distribution.
