Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 12 March 2025.

The Board of Directors of Permaju wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 May 2026 received the Final Award from the Sole Arbitrator, Mr Chong Thaw Sing as follows:-

i) PPSB shall pay David Shen the net principal sum of RM2,600,724.04 being the outstanding professional fees;

ii) Permaju shall pay David Shen the net principal sum of RM5,127,765.02 for loss of income arising from Permaju's tort of inducement to breach contract;

iii) The Claimant's claim for pre-award interest is dismissed;

iv) PPSB shall bear two-thirds (2/3) and Permaju one-third (1/3) of the Costs of Award taxed by the Tribunal at RM241,571.17 in total. David Shen is entitled to recover from both Respondents any sum advanced towards payment of security for the costs of the award;

v) PPSB shall pay David Shen party-and-party costs of RM120,000.00 for PPSB arbitration, whilst Permaju shall pay David Shen party-and-party costs of RM60,000.00 for the Pemaju arbitration; and

vi) Any sum awarded by the Tribunal shall be payable within four (4) weeks from the date of the award, failing which David Shen shall be entitled to impose a further interest at the rate of five per centum (5%) per annum until full payment.
