PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF BORNOIL ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 11 February 2026, 13 February 2026, 13 March 2026, 17 March 2026, 25 March 2026, 31 March 2026, 6 April 2026, 9 April 2026, 10 April 2026, 17 April 2026, 5 May 2026, 11 May 2026 and 12 May 2026 in relation to the Private Placement.
