OFFER OF EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") OPTIONS UNDER SKYECHIP'S LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP")

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the LTIP has taken effect on 19 May 2026 after obtaining all required approvals and complying with the relevant provisions of the Listing Requirements. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Listing Requirements, SkyeChip wishes to announce that the Company has, on 19 May 2026, offered a total of 61,755,000 ESOS Options to the eligible employees of the SkyeChip Group, further details of which are set out in Section 4.2.5 of the Prospectus.
