Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 23 June 2022. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 23 June 2022.


The Board of Directors of PIB wishes to announce that the the MOU has expired and GGSB is currently in discussions with MCB for a further extension of two years.


The Company will announce further development pertaining to the MOU as and when necessary.
