On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the High Court had on 9 July 2026 granted an order confirming the reduction of the share capital of the Company pursuant to Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the Proposed Share Capital Reduction ("High Court Order"). The Proposed Share Capital Reduction shall take effect upon lodgement of the sealed High Court Order with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.

 

The effective date of the Proposed Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
