The entitlement date for the Distribution shall be on Monday, 24 August 2026.
The entitled shareholders, whose names appear in the Company's Record of Depositors on the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 24 August 2026, shall be entitled to receive a cash distribution of RM0.91 for each PEB Share held in respect of:
(i) PEB Shares transferred into their CDS account(s) on or before 4.30 p.m. on Monday, 24 August 2026 in respect of ordinary transfer; and
(ii) PEB Shares bought on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on a cum-entitlement basis according to the rules of Bursa Securities.
An office copy of the sealed order granted by High Court of Malaya dated 6 August 2026 confirming the reduction of the issued share capital of PEB under share capital reduction and repayment pursuant to Section 116 of the Act will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies on the entitlement date pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.
The trading of PEB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 21 August 2026. Accordingly, the last date and time for trading of PEB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities prior to the suspension shall be on Thursday, 20 August 2026 at 5.00 p.m.
The trading of PEB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will continue to be suspended until the completion of the voluntary withdrawal of PEB from the Official List of Bursa Securities, whereby the Company will be withdrawn from the Official List of the Main Market of Bursa Securities and thereafter, PEB Shares will no longer be listed and traded on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
The notice to shareholders in relation to the suspension of trading of PEB Shares and the entitlement date for the Distribution will be despatched to the Company's shareholders in due course.
