The Board of Directors of M & A Equity Holdings Berhad ("Board") announces with profound sadness the passing of the Company's Independent Non-Executive Chairperson, Y.A.M. Tengku Puteri Seri Kemala Tengku Dato' Sri Setia Hajjah Aishah Binti
Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah, DK., SAAS., SSAP., SIMP., on 26 August 2026.

Y.A.M. Tengku Aishah was appointed to the Board of MEH on 10 May 2023 and had served the Company with distinction and dedication throughout her tenure.

The Board wishes to place on record its deepest appreciation and gratitude for Y.A.M. Tengku Aishah's invaluable leadership, wisdom, guidance and contributions to the Company and the Group over the years. Her passing is a profound
loss to the Board and the entire MEH Group.
