Public Investment Bank Bhd says Inspace Creation Bhd is worth 33 sen (12x FY2027 earnings, about 20% below peers) with earnings expected to grow ~11% CAGR driven by expansion, diversification and efficiency, supported by Malaysia’s growing fit-out industry, though risks include market conditions, competition and reliance on subcontractors.
