Noticed this company is described as a “pocket developer”. What does that actually mean?

Basically, these kind of developers usually don’t go for huge township projects covering hundreds of acres, but instead, they tend to stick to smaller developments in areas they’re familiar with. Because projects with fewer units that are easier to manage and complete, so margins will be higher too
