EPF holds 22% shares in CTOS. Why would EPF disposed shares when they have 22% shares in CTOS? This happens like this especially this month, many institutional funds and fund/hedge managers do what we call Portfolio Balancing.There is a lot of changes in KLSE lately especially after MSCI revised its constituents and also FBMKLCI. They take out some shares here and position them elsewhere. They dont do what we do. We will see if this continues. We will soon know.
