不会，rolling counter 是不会limit up的，都是慢慢爬上去因为这些R都是把票传来传去。现在这个counter已经让很多传票员火烧连环船，救火都来不及了还跟你limit up.这些传票员都是先中counterT，导致连环火烧起来

if you willing to take the risk, then you can buy. the "R" is monitoring every in and out. if they found outsider accumulate alots then they will wash out the outsider. so it is possible to drop bck to 0.05. my best advice is don't use contra or margin, that gonna kill the game. good luck
