Management just announced they need 8 more months to complete land sale in JB. So meaning the sale revenue & net profit won't be realized until 2027. If the management don't push for more projects, meaning this year net profit might not even hit 100 million and above like previous years. At this rate, this year net profit maybe 60-80 million
