The market (just a few sharks manipulating share prices? Possible..) is unreasonably short (Or intentionally shorting? highly plausible..) of interest despite the historical gold prices and company's biz performance. Next QR maybe good but I doubt it'll have much effect on the stock price. It's the uncertainly of the legal proceedings' outcome that matter the most (as per the sharks' playbook perhaps?), I think. So, don't put too much hope on it. ;)
